With the Corona Virus pandemic bringing a time of great uncertainty it’s hard to know what to do for the best. We totally understand not wanting to put yourselves or your loved ones at risk. So as Doctor and Nurse lead team we wanted to share what we are doing as a business to ensure your safety and to reduce the spread of infection at this time.

First and foremost our background is acute medicine and intensive care so stringent infection control is not a new thing to us.

What actions are we taking?

Limiting numbers:

Our clinic is not in an overpopulated environment like a hairdressers or nail salon so we have the ability to limit numbers through the door without it having a detrimental effect on other businesses.

Daily monitoring:

Our team are all at this moment in time all fit, well and healthy. We will continue to monitor this on a daily basis and if any of us display any symptoms (we we will be keeping the threshold of this very low) we will be self isolate at home for 7 days in line with the governments advice.

Safety measures:

We will be making sure that there is sufficient hand sanitiser, gloves and masks throughout the clinic for patients and our own safety.

We have extended our appointment times to ensure that there is no back log in the waiting area and also giving us enough time to disinfect  door handles, chairs, card machines in-between each appointment.

Our request, your health:

If you have a fever/high temperature or dry cough we would kindly ask you to not attend your appointment. You will not be charged a cancellation fee during this time regardless of how short notice this is.

Above all, stay safe everyone, wash your hands, look after each other and stay positive.

If you have any other questions please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
