Dr Matthew Davis 

Dr Matt combines the role of Medical Director at SO with life as an NHS GP working in Bewdley.
​
In addition to Dr Matt's expertise in Botox and Dermal Fillers, he specialises in minor surgery with decades of experience removing unwanted lumps, bumps and moles.
​
Away from the clinic, Dr Matt enjoys watching most sports and can occasionally be seen cycling around Worcester's countryside.

Nicola Kitchin RN INP

Nicola is an independent nurse prescriber and has been in the aesthetics industry since 2009. She co-founded SO Aesthetics with Dr Matt in 2017. In her previous life she specialised in critical care in the NHS for 15 years. 
Nicola has been trained and mentored by some of the world's most well-respected Aesthetic doctors and nurses in the industry and was one of the first injectors in the UK to be chosen and sponsored to complete the AI Fellowship programme headed up Dr Ayad Harb.

She is passionate about helping women regain their confidence and to feel seen again. Her speciality now is working with patients who have experienced rapid weightloss by focusing on facial harmonisation and beautification by skin tightening and volume replacement.

Angela Garside RM INP

Ange is an advanced medical injector trained by global experts in this field.
 
She has a passion for achieving a subtle and natural look that enhances and improves your own natural features.

Ange works part-time at our Worcester clinic and the rest of the time as a qualified Midwife.

Mr Andrew Pearse 

Andrew Pearse is a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon in Worcestershire, specialising in Sports and Reconstructive Knee Surgery.
 
Having graduated from the University of Manchester in 1998 he went on to train on the North-West orthopaedic rotation.
 
He undertook an international sports fellowship in Christchurch, New Zealand, before taking up a consultant post initially at Wrightington Hospital and then his current appointment at Worcestershire Acute Hospitals NHS Trust.

Helen

Helen specialises in all things customer care at SO Aesthetics. She absolutely loves working with our customers and ensures every person leaves the clinic happy with their entire experience.

Helen is passionate about our treatments and products and committed to her own skincare regime, keeping fit and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Hands down, her favourite treatment is Profhilo!
 
She is always at the end of the clinic phone to help, and she will guide you through all the treatments and products available at the clinic.

Sophie

Sophie is a Level 3 qualified Skin and Beauty Therapist with over 10 years of experience, 6 of which have been working in the aesthetic industry.
 
Sophie is highly experienced in Hydrafacials, Microneedling, peels and Dermaplaning. She is extremely passionate about what she does and loves educating her clients on skin!

Izzy Ashman 

Izzy is a Level 5 Skin Therapist, qualified for over 10 years with an in-depth understanding of specialised skin journeys. Izzy also has a degree in business management from the University of Newcastle.

Izzy is a mum of 3 and is absolutely obsessed with skincare that delivers. You've only got to look at her skin to realise she knoes her stuff!
 
Izzy's favourite treatment is our Xeo+ laser machine which she credits for some of her most recent skin transformations. She recommends pairing this with the tri-wave LED light therapy for the ultimate treat.

Louise

Prior to joining SO Aesthetics, Louise volunteered for many years as Health Care Administrator at St Richards Hospice. She shares ‘front of house’ responsibilities with Helen and Corinne and loves to tell share her own treatment experiences with our patients.
Louise is also our Knee Clinic co-ordinator and works closely with Mr Pearse behind the scenes to help patient access suitable treatment for their osteoarthritis.
 Hydrafacial was Louise's favourite treatment. However, since the Xeo laser machine arrived, she now combines the two for the ultimate glow up!

Corinne

​Corinne has joined our front of house girls at SO. She has a long and varied background in customer service, more recently in the beauty industry. Making sure customers feel relaxed and receive a 5 star experience is her main goal which is why she is the perfect fir for us. She is actually qualified in hair & beauty but took a back seat from that to bring up her family. In her spare time she enjoys keeping fit and playing netball. Corinne's favourite treatment to have is Micro-Needling with Exosomes.
