Sun damage, premature ageing and the importance of SPF

We don't want to shock you all but we think this picture needs to be shared again....it really does show the damage that sun can do to the skin. Published by the New England Journal of Medicine, the picture features a 69 year old man is a trucker who has spent nearly three decades on the road. The left side of the man’s face has been exposed to UV rays through his window and is visibly more damaged than the right side which is relatively smooth by comparison.
